The Hello in There Foundation and Oxford Pennant Partner to Support National Park Rangers with Limited-Edition John Prine Tribute Collection
The Hello in There Foundation has partnered with Oxford Pennant to honor John Prine’s love for America’s National Parks and support the park rangers who protect them. Together, they’ve released a limited-edition camp flag and patch inspired by Prine’s lyrics and lifelong passion for the outdoors. All proceeds from the items will go to the Ranger Relief Fund, which provides financial assistance to National Park staff facing emergencies and hardship.
2025’s You Got Gold Announced
The Prine family has announced the fourth annual You Got Gold: Celebrating the Songs of John Prine, set for October 9–12, 2025, in Nashville. The tribute event will feature performances at iconic venues like The Ryman Auditorium on October 10—what would have been Prine’s birthday—as well as The Basement East, The Bluebird Cafe, and the CMA Theater at the Country Music Hall of Fame.

Organized by the Prine Family in partnership with the Hello In There Foundation, the four-day event brought together an all-star lineup of artists and hundreds of fans to honor John Prine while supporting communities in crisis.

The second annual “Hello From The Hills” benefit concert, co-presented by The Hello in There Foundation and Hope in the Hills, returns to Nashville’s City Winery on Sunday, January 28, 2024. Hosted by NPR Mountain Stage’s Kathy Mattea, the acoustic event will feature performances from Tyler Childers, Wynonna Judd, Ben Folds, SG Goodman, Abby Hamilton, Gabe Lee, and others.

“Hello From The Hills,” a special benefit concert co-hosted by Oh Boy Records and WhizzbangBAM, is set for January 7 at Nashville’s City Winery. The inaugural event supports both the Prine family’s Hello in There Foundation and Tyler Childers’ Hope in the Hills, featuring performances by artists like Tyler Childers, Jason Isbell, Sierra Ferrell, Amythyst Kiah, Tommy Prine, and more. Each foundation will award $10,000 grants to two organizations: Healing Housing and the Raphah Institute (via the Hello in There Foundation), and the Keith Dixon Foundation and Recovery Community Inc. (via Hope in the Hills).
